ELOEmbedded Logic Operations
The engineering company I co-founded in 2017 — shipping 0→1 products for clients across five continents.
What ELO is.
ELO (Embedded Logic Operations) is the engineering company I co-founded in 2017 and helped run for nine years, until I stepped out of the operating role in August 2026. I remain a stakeholder and advisor. It is the throughline of my career — a remote-first studio that ships 0→1 products for clients across ten cities on three continents: Dhaka, Zurich, Möhlin, Oslo, Sandnes, London, Dubai, California, New York, and Quebec.
Out of a Dhaka studio, ELO has delivered software across HR-tech, music-tech, health-tech, hospitality, automotive and connected-car IoT, education, the development sector, and enterprise SaaS — plus brand and identity design for clients who needed a mark before they needed a platform. The work spans multi-tenant architecture, RBAC and SSO, GDPR / HIPAA / WCAG compliance, and AI-native upgrades on legacy systems — held together by a CI/CD discipline that delivered 4x faster time-to-market (75% reduction in cycle time) versus manual deploys.
Every leadership skill I have was forged here: hiring, coaching, remote-first culture, multi-client delivery, compliance choreography, and the discipline of shipping for someone else's P&L. I stayed hands-on at every client touchpoint — scoping, architecture, delivery, and the production deploy.
Co-founder, and the climb.
I started as a UX Engineer in 2017, co-founding the company and structuring its founding team and cultural values. Over nine years I grew through the engineering ladder into leadership — Principal Software Engineer, then Principal Staff, then Software Engineering Manager, and finally Chief Information Officer, a role I handed over in August 2026.
In 2020 I led ELO's migration to a fully remote-first operation, which lifted productivity ~50% and satisfaction ~100% and opened up a global talent pool. Through high-frequency 1-on-1 coaching I grew the team to 22 engineers and moved people into senior roles abroad: two former engineers now lead teams in Norway, one moved into UX design in Germany, and another took up graduate study in Canada on my recommendation.
Outcomes over eight years.
- Co-founded the company in 2017 and shaped its founding team and cultural values.
- Delivered 0→1 products for clients across Dhaka, Zurich, Möhlin, Oslo, Sandnes, London, Dubai, California, New York, and Quebec — active at every touchpoint.
- Architected SaaS systems with multi-tenancy, RBAC, and SSO; shipped AI-native upgrades on legacy systems.
- Shipped Optimo — the connected-car service-automation testing framework in use at Hyundai HATA California — and Vimalgo, a Swiss AI headhunting platform live since January 2025.
- Built and led the Zürich engagement (Jamahook) whose AI matching algorithm was developed with Fraunhofer IDMT; Loopcloud acquired the company in 2026 and that engine now powers its AI sound matching.
- Shipped systems that outlived their engagements: a turnkey pharma ERP from 2018–2019 the client still runs, and a paediatric nephrology records platform at BSMMU still in active use after a 2023–2024 upgrade round.
- Delivered 4x faster time-to-market (75% reduction in cycle time) via GitHub Actions + AWS deployment vs. manual.
- Migrated ELO to remote-first in 2020: ~50% productivity boost, 100% satisfaction boost.
- Scaled the team to 22 engineers remote-first through 1-on-1 coaching; coached engineers into senior roles abroad.
- Educated stakeholders on HIPAA, WCAG 2, and GDPR across 5 client organisations.
The track record.
Active at every touchpoint.
ELO has worked with clients across Dhaka, Zurich, Möhlin, Oslo, Sandnes, London, Dubai, California, New York, and Quebec — and I played an active, hands-on role at every touchpoint, from the first scoping call to the production deploy.
ELO projects I built.
The products and engagements I was most integral and instrumental on — across enterprise SaaS, music-tech, health-tech, and identity infrastructure.
AI-driven headhunting platform for a Swiss recruitment firm — CV parsing, candidate profiling, and job-candidate matching with end-to-end application tracking. Launched January 2025 and delivering; the engagement started with an AI demo that convinced the client to bet early.
Norwegian broker-comparison platform with an affiliate layer and an AI chat advisor that reads a dynamic questionnaire about the user's investment preferences and recommends brokers accordingly — built on top of Webflow because the client needed to keep editing in Webflow.
Padel club and player-profile site for a Scandinavian and Spanish client — full site design on Webflow with a multilingual CMS and SEO, with the client relationship and delivery run end to end by Fauzul.
Overseas employment platform for Bangladeshi workers — multilingual applicant app, agent and agency onboarding, and an admin portal that keeps the mobile ecosystem inside recruitment regulation. ELO ran a dedicated team; my part was architecture and design advisory plus UI/UX verification.
Took over a live kids' martial-arts booking funnel from a London agency whose entire handover was two pages of links to vendor docs — then ran the bookings and timetable work, migrated four platforms and 2,605 active warm leads onto the client's own accounts, and never made the client the integration layer.
Unreleased ELO product: multi-tenant field-workforce tracking where a driver or courier can be employed by several organisations at once. Cloudsight SSO defines each org’s scope, and vehicles and people are shared across companies by time window — better pay for the worker, less idle capacity for the businesses.
Health-tech innovations for wound care, diabetes, and nephrology in Bangladesh. Strategic tech partner & investor (via ELO) scaling HIPAA EHR, clinical dashboards, and public patient advocacy.
Zürich music-tech — direct ELO client for over 6 years. Built the first web product and admin panel for AI-powered loop matching from blank canvas to market, then scaled the delivery team on an NX monorepo. Web, DAW plugin, and desktop; matching algorithm developed with Fraunhofer IDMT, and the engine now powers Loopcloud's AI sound matching.
API marketplace and app-composition platform — providers host APIs, builders bind them into bespoke apps, Cloudsight supplies Auth0-based auth; Elobooks is a live consumer.
Fintech platform team deployment in Norway. Coordinated a dedicated engineering pod (1 backend, 2 fullstack) — owned end-to-end by the client's project manager — while driving engineering practices, hiring/HR, and weekly/monthly alignment as Vipps and a core financing system shipped and handed over to the in-house team.
Browser-based collaborative audio tools — Angular 14+ on the Web Audio API, WebSocket-driven multiplayer, Docker + GitHub Actions for the deploy story.
Two years as design lead for a statistics-driven organic vegetable sourcing and delivery business through COVID — all brand, campaign and marketing content work, done hands-on in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
Multi-tenant SMB bookkeeping SaaS — a live consumer of Anygum/Cloudsight for auth, RBAC, multi-instance isolation, and consumption billing.
Volunteer-taught learning platform built during COVID — students, volunteers and teachers register, pick courses and run them. Django modernised with Vue as a drop-in SPA layer (no npm build step), shipped on Docker. Maintained to 2021, then handed over.
Service-automation testing framework for Hyundai's connected-car ecosystem in California — one spreadsheet test script compiles to JMeter, Appium, and Selenium on the fly, and voice journeys are exercised through simulated Alexa / Google Home conversations.
Cross-platform karaoke video social app — Flutter mobile clients casting via Chromecast/AirPlay, AI vocal separation pipelines, and cost-effective AWS media processing queues.
Turnkey ERP for a pharmaceutical plant-solutions provider — procurement through international offers and quotations, local buying, and the ledger. My primary hands-on build of 2018–2019; the client still runs it, with the last support round in 2024.
Patient and research records platform for the paediatric nephrology department at Bangladesh's largest public medical university — indoor and outdoor patients, disease-tagged entries, and a searchable history built for research. Led in 2018–2019, upgraded 2023–2024, still in active use.
Identity work drawn by hand across ELO's own mark and client brands — Dairyland Bangladesh and East Bengal Closet among them. The pre-code craft that still decides how my product interfaces look.
Microsites and documentation work delivered for BRAC in 2019 — programme-facing web surfaces and the written material around them, for the world's largest non-governmental development organisation.
ELO has shipped many more products over eight years, several under NDA. These are the mentionable ones where I was most integral and instrumental — as architect, lead engineer, designer, or strategic partner.

ELO ships under its own roof at elobyte.com — and I keep a dedicated profile there.
