01 · The problem
The Context
Medical access collapsed during early COVID-19 lockdowns, creating an urgent need for remote video consultations.
Traditional high-bandwidth video platforms lagged or crashed on the spotty 3G/4G cellular connections of patients in under-resourced areas.
02 · What I built
What I built
- WebRTC mobile consultation. Shipped a React Native patient-doctor consultation room with fully peer-to-peer WebRTC connections.
- Dynamic network throttling. Configured dynamic WebRTC bandwidth adaptation, automatically dropping video frames to prioritize clear, unbroken audio streams under low-signal conditions.
- Prescription delivery. Designed a simple document system that generates and delivers prescription PDFs directly to patient screens at call-end.

Collaborate
If we worked together.
I bring high-leverage product engineering and absolute operational discipline: shipping weekly, pressure-testing user inputs, and automating delivery pipelines.
