01 · The problem

The Context

Healthtech deployment in Norway is gated by strict EHR interoperability, rigorous clinician UX demands, and sovereign cloud hosting rules.

The founder needed a working, highly secure product ready for live hospital trials within three months to de-risk a pending Series A investment loop.

02 · What I built

What I built

  • Clinician-first workflows. Designed an intuitive, high-security dashboard that bypassed legacy EHR double-entry, solving the single biggest adoption bottleneck for floor staff.
  • Secure data pipelines. Implemented an isolated, compliant database structure on Azure matching strict EU patient data processing standards.
  • Rapid delivery. Scaled from raw specification drafts to fully compiled, hospital-ready production in exactly 11 weeks as a team of three.
