01 · The problem

The Context

Garment factories traditionally suffer from "black box" supply chains where delay sources are only spotted during final packing, leading to expensive air-freight penalties.

The management needed a granular tracking system to identify line bottlenecks in real-time without slowing down the fast-moving factory floor.

02 · What I built

What I built

  • WIP tracking grid. Engineered a responsive React interface mapping the real-time throughput of multiple factory production lines.
  • Scanner integration. Connected barcode and RFID scanner APIs to log production handoffs instantly, feeding data to a Node/Mongo cluster.
  • Predictive delay triggers. Coded automated alerts that warn floor managers when a specific line falls behind, protecting container shipment timelines.

Collaborate

If we worked together.

I bring high-leverage product engineering and absolute operational discipline: shipping weekly, pressure-testing user inputs, and automating delivery pipelines.
