The thesis

ELO ran as a delivery organisation from 2017: discovery, technical scoping, statements of work, then the pod that shipped the work. 60+ applications and platforms for enterprise customers in ten cities across seven countries, with engagements that ran four and six years because the delivery kept earning them.
