01 · My thesis

Civic-tech shouldn't speculate. It must cite verified sources.

The bet
Misinformation compounds during political transitions. Civic tech must never pretend to be smart — it must be strictly grounded, admissibly silent when unsure, and always cite sources.

I built DotaBD, a bilingual civic-tech agent designed to answer complex policy, transition, and regulatory questions for citizens in Bangladesh. Grounded strictly on verified PDFs and ministry sources, the agent refuses to speculate.

This tech accompanies my civic writing for major national publications like the Dhaka Tribune, where I share concrete policy recommendations for the interim government to bridge the gap between administrative intent and citizen action.

Healthcare

I've built telemedicine in COVID's first month, healthtech for a Norwegian Series A, and audit tools for under-resourced clinics in South Asia. Different stakes, same loop.
