Applied to Dust. From the AI-operator side.

Dust is the AI operating system for enterprises — teams build, own and run agents connected to their company data and tools. These are the fit dossiers for the roles I'm pursuing: point-by-point evidence, honest gaps, and an AI you can interrogate about any claim.

Why Dust

Operating principles, shared.

Dust publishes how it works. The overlap with how he already works is the application, condensed — and the 994-day French streak is the consistency receipt behind it.

“We land once, and spread.” The metric worth owning. Post-signature adoption is defended in the room with the customer’s engineers — that room has been his workplace for a decade.

Operate the category you build. His daily development is agent-led, and multi-agent systems are his production work — VisaPros on A2A, Wiregent’s autonomous deal pipeline, an agentic CMS behind CI/CD gates.

80/20 over 20/80. A decade of founder triage: ship the sticky use case first, codify the playbook second. ELO’s delivery practice was written down while scaling 4 → 22.

Office-first, on purpose. The highest-leverage moments of his delivery career happened physically inside customer environments. Paris is deliberate — the French streak below is the public proof of how he ramps.

Roles under consideration

Each dossier verifies the job spec point by point — requirements mapped honestly, the hard objections answered first, and the post-sales loop behind every claim.

The company

Built for AI operators.

Dust is the AI operating system for enterprises: teams build, own and run agents connected to their company data and tools, with enterprise-grade governance, flexible model choice (model-agnostic by design), and a collaborative interface where humans and agents work together. The core platform is open source (dust-tt/dust), and adoption is Dust's defining metric — it doesn't get piloted and shelved; it lands once, and spreads.

Mission

To transform how work gets done — empowering AI Operators at the world's fastest-moving companies to rewire how work gets done.

Product

The Dust platform (agents connected to company data and tools), enterprise-grade governance & flexible model choice, the open-source dust-tt/dust core, and the Dust developer platform & connectors.

Scale

3,000+ organizations with 70%+ weekly active users; backed by Sequoia and named to The Generalist's Future 50; customers include Datadog, 1Password, Cursor, Clay, Vanta, Persona and Watershed.

Dust's own copy names the job: it lands once, and spreads — and the spread is what a post-sales Solutions Engineer defends. Fauzul has done that work for a decade under founder titles: co-founding ELO, scaling it to 22 product and engineering professionals, and staying the embedded technical partner for Enterprise clients across nine geographies — pair-coding a Vipps integration inside Frontgo's repo, keeping EKAGRA's clinical platform growing (2,212 new patients and 9,650 schedules onboarded in 2026), and shipping GDPR, HIPAA and WCAG 2 across five client organisations so the security-evaluator workshop is a room he already knows. Crucially, he builds the exact category Dust sells: daily agent-led development (Claude-led, Gemini second) and multi-agent systems in production — VisaPros on Google's A2A protocol, Wiregent's autonomous founder/investor deal pipeline, and a Claude-powered CMS whose agent-authored changes ship only through CI/CD gates. He's relocating to Paris deliberately, with a 900+-day daily French streak as public proof of the consistency he brings to everything else.
